I haven't sprouted wheat for several months and had forgotten how yummy (different than holiday cookies) and nutritious they are. We also feel SOOOO good, energized, clear thinking and peaceful. No, this isn't for "atonement", but it's apropos. Hope to be making more bean mix dishes as well.
