For years I've read and heard the verse about the older women teaching the younger women. I just reread it and the Lord showed me something:
"The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things; "That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, "To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed." Titus 2:3-5
Did you see that also? Do I look aged to you? I think I still fall in the catagory of a young woman, I'm still learning the things that are listed!
So, I will refrain myself from trying to teach you. I've not come that far in life that I can consider myself aged!! I will abide by this verse:

"Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law.
"And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church."
I Corinthians 14:34-35

Goodness girly, you OLD!?!?!?!? Are you kidding me? You're just a kid and a ball of fun, but sometimes wisdom can come from even the youngest amongst us.
Regardless of your age, there will always be women younger than you, who could benefit from the wisdom you have accumulated.
I know some women older than I, who are very unwise, imprudent, and indiscreet. ^__^
